How much is Shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.95 on all U.S. orders.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes indeed, we ship internationally! The cost of international shipping is calculated upon checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it will take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email including your order number. It takes 2-7 business days to fulfill an order. Depending on your zip code, domestic orders ship 3-4 business days after fulfillment and international orders ship 5-20 business days after fulfillment. This does not include weekends and major holidays. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.
I am purchasing as a present, can my item(s) be shipped to a different address?
Yes, we can make that possible! Please just indicate the address you want your item(s) shipped to during checkout.
What is your Return Policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received them. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns and exchange requests will incur a $6.99 restocking fee. What if I have an Exchange?
No problem! Just send us an email and we will let you know how to start the process. Same as a return, we can only exchange items within a 30 day period which must be returned in an unused condition.
Are all Sales final?
All sales are final only on SALE items. Regularly priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us by sending us an email.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Absolutely! Item(s) must be returned within 30 days and in an unused condition and within its original packaging for a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
I received the wrong size/damaged item(s), what should I do?
Send us an email for a full refund. In this case, we would be responsible for your return shipping cost as well.
